Verve Group SE engages in the operation of an advertising software platform that matches global advertiser demand with publisher ad-supply while improving results through first party data from own games. The firm, through its investments in organic growth and innovation, as well as targeted mergers and acquisitions (M&A), has built a one-stop shop for programmatic advertising, enabling companies to buy and sell ad space across all digital devices including, mobile apps, web, connected TV and digital out of home. Its main operational presence is in North America. It operates through the Demand Side Platforms (DSP) and Supply Side Platforms (SSP) segments. The DSP segment bundles the demand from advertisers and agencies for new users within the demand side platform. The SSP segment integrates with first- and third-party publishers that are integrated within the supply side platforms to monetize the advertising space in their content. The company was founded by Remco Westermann on March 2
