Cenergy Holdings SA is an holding company that invests in industrial companies, focusing on the growing global demand of energy transfer, renewables and data transmission. It operates through the following segments: Cables and Steel Pipes. The Cables segment manufactures power, telecommunication and submarine cables, as well as enameled wires and compounds. The Steel Pipes segment produces steel pipes for the transportation of natural gas, oil and water networks, as well as steel hollow sections, which are used in construction projects. The company was founded on March 17, 2016 and is headquartered in Brussels, Belgium.
