The Polyurethane segment includes flexible foams, rigid foams, coatings, elastomers, adhesives, and impregnates. The Chlorine Derivatives segment produces chlorine, alkali, chlorobenzene, and hydrochloric acid. The Other Chemical Activities segment pertains to other chemicals like phosphorus and naphthalene derivatives. The Power Industry segment produces and distributes heat, water, compressed air, and electricity. The Other Activities segment involves maintenance services, waste management, transport, and administration. The company was founded in 1946 and is headquartered in Brzeg Dolny, Poland.
